Our personnel policy is constructed in the following way: we are always engaged in educating and professional development of our specialists, and we also give a great attention to the team’s unity. We are in earnest about who will work for us that is why we introduced the unique system of the selection of personnel – every candidate goes through the professional and psychological testing. Annually the company’s specialists go through the inner certification.
We attach significance to the permanent increase of the level of general theoretic and applied economic and legal education of our lawyers, which gives us an opportunity to combine a legal competence with the knowledge of that sector of the market, the players of which are our clients.
The lawyers’ level of knowledge is constantly maintained by participating in seminars on the actual subjects, by the study of the special scientific and periodic literature.
There is a personnel of different level of qualification in our staff – a partner, a leader of projects, a lawyer, a paralegal, a messenger.
