Seminar for assistants of the lawyer

In our personal opinion, an essential component of a successful law firm is its employees. Develop they, develop the company. In our company, we attach great importance to training our colleagues, not only in professional, but also in psychological aspects.

Don't you think that it's much more pleasant to work with emotionally balanced person than with a person from whom you do not know what to expect. Our senior colleagues teach our young members to be a professional in law, and our psychologist help them to improve their psychological skills.

Recently in Yurbyuro we held another seminar for assistants of the lawyer. Its main objective - increasing the motivation and psychological training of employees to work.

On the seminar was discussed a number of questions of psychological orientation. Among them were the questions about the nature of resistance to the new, proactive work with fears. The central theme of discussion was a question how to overcome the internal resistance of the concept of phrase "I have to" and to replace these words to the phrase "I want".

It's amazing how you can improve the performance of your work, if, instead of the usual "I have to" you will tell yourself "I want": I want to make this job today, I want to finish this job up to 18 o'clock.
