Poliakov Alexandr graduated from the Moscow State Academy of the Law named after O. E.Kutaphin.

Poliakov Alexandr possesses considerable experience in the area of the judicial representation of the complex civil, labour and administrative disputes. He advises the clients_en of the company on the questions of the building contract, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and alsoon the questions of theexecutory process. At different times Mr. Poliakovpleaded for such companies as FK Uralsib, Brest-Real estateCorporation, GK Knaker, Airline SkyTest, Bohemia Auto, GK Tsifrograd, Business News Media, SGK-Automation and many others. He carried out a Moscow notary’s defence against the Moscow municipal notarial chamber concerning the dispute about the revocation of the right for notarial activity.

He took part in conducting legal due diligence of the investment company IT Invest ( questions of intellectual property, labour law, and also risks of judicial and other trials). He repeatedly pleaded for the owners of the objects of the real estate in disputes about the reclamation of the property from the illegal possession.
