Complex verification of the company’s activity before a sale

In summer 2013 YURBUREAU conducted a procedure of legal due diligence in regard to the company IT Invest by the order of Da Vinci Capital (Da Vinci Capital – DVCM is a leading independent company on the management of assets). The procedure was managed by the company’s managing partner Elena Kazankova and by the adviser Timur Niazbaev.

The specialists of YURBUREAU conducted a complex verification of the activity of IT Invest company, including accordance to the requirements demandedof the company as of the professional participant of the equity market. During verification documents and information given by the IT Invest and also data from open sources were analyzed.
